Ferry
The ferry from Circular Quay to Manly is a beautiful way to travel, with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour along the way. Catching a ferry in Sydney is super easy! There’s no need to purchase a ticket in advance — simply tap your credit or debit card when boarding the ferry and tap off again when you arrive. Just make sure you use the same card to tap on and off.
The Manly Ferry Wharf is just a 1–2 minute walk from Manly Pavilion, making it a particularly easy option.
We suggest taking the 4:50 PM ferry from Circular Quay, which arrives at Manly Wharf at 5:20 PM.
Alternatively, if you’d like a little more time to enjoy Manly, you can take the 4:30 PM ferry, arriving at 4:52 PM. This gives you time for a leisurely stroll, take in the scenery and explore the area before heading in for celebrations at 5:30 PM
For the journey back to Sydney, the last ferry leaves Manly at 1:50am on Sunday morning.
Uber
Uber is also a convenient option and will take you directly between Sydney and Manly. Travel times can vary depending on traffic, so we recommend allowing a little extra time, particularly on the way to the wedding.
