A few of our favourite places to explore while you're in Sydney.
Royal Botanic Garden
Take a leisurely stroll through the Royal Botanic Garden, with beautiful harbour views along the way.
Grounds of Alexandria
Head to the Grounds of Alexandria for coffee and a bite to eat. Part artisanal market, part botanical garden and part whimsical movie set, it’s a Sydney favourite and well worth a visit.
Sydney Harbour Ferry
Take a ferry across Sydney Harbour — the route to Manly is our favourite. Sit back, enjoy the harbour views and keep an eye out for the Opera House and Harbour Bridge along the way.
Sydney Opera House
Take a tour of the Sydney Opera House or, even better, catch a show while you're in town. Check the schedule for what's on during your stay.
Sydney Harbour Bridge
Walk across the Sydney Harbour Bridge for incredible views of the city and harbour, or take it up a level with a BridgeClimb experience.
Museum of Contemporary Art
Wander through the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and explore its collection of contemporary Australian and international art. Its location in Circular Quay also makes it an easy stop while exploring the harbour.
Bondi to Coogee Walk
Take the 6km coastal walk from Bondi to Coogee for some of Sydney’s most spectacular ocean views. Allow around 2–3 hours to enjoy the beaches, cliffs and coastal scenery along the way.
The Rocks
Wander through The Rocks, one of Sydney’s oldest neighbourhoods. Explore the cobblestone streets, boutique shops, historic buildings and beautiful harbour views.
Bondi Beach
Spend some time at Bondi Beach — whether that means a swim, a stroll along the sand or simply settling in for a coffee and watching the world go by.
